The Support. Don't Punish. report provides a snapshot of field experiences around increasing access to voluntary, human rights-based harm reduction in challenging environments in China, India, Indonesia, Kenya and Malaysia. These experiences are drawn from the Community Action on Harm Reduction (CAHR) project .
Support. Don’t Punish. is a global advocacy campaign to raise awareness of the harms caused by the criminalisation of people who use drugs. The campaign has been conceived by the International HIV/AIDS Alliance, the International Drug Policy Consortium, Harm Reduction International, and the International Network of People Who Use Drugs.
The report was compiled by HRI in collaboration with the following national-level community-based organisations: India HIV/AIDS Alliance, Indian Drug Users Forum, Kenya AIDS NGOs Consortium, Kenyan Network of People who Use Drugs, Rumah Cemara (Indonesia), Malaysian AIDS Council and AIDS Care China and supported by the International Drug Policy Consortium (IDPC), International HIV/AIDS Alliance (the Alliance) and International Network of People who Use Drugs (INPUD).
